Public school systems offer all kinds of seminars, futher education classes, and retreats but have yet to offer a free self defense class to help its employees. It's time the education employees and unions stood up and ask the education department and system to fully prepare its employees for the job.
The defense department does it for the military and police/sheriff departments. They prove boot camp and training for these jobs.
Why is this important?
Offer free self defense classes and non lethal training to public education employees. The best defense is a good offense.
