For the purpose of preserving Democracy in the United States of America , all public government elections, in state and national government, will be financed by state and national taxes, respectively. There will be an independent National Voting Agency to regulate elections.
Why is this important?
The details of this law will be debated and made law by Congress. The goal will be to use public media such as print, TV, radio and internet to provide equal time to public candidates for campaign purposes. Travel exposure will also be equal. There will be three national debates. Voting machines will be certified tamper proof. And citicens will be guaranteed a vote through easy access and assistance.
