Do, by our signatures affixed here--now, resolve to innovate a new cultural system of popular finance, so that we can win the War On Poverty, heralded by President John F. Kennedy.

Why is this important?
This Petition is a popular request for President Obama to sign an Executive Order that will abolish Usury in all forms and methodology.
Further, this Petition demands that Congress enact Flat Rate Taxation-immediately, to exact amity, comity, equity and parity and thereby rebuild the nation's economy--expediently.
