To change the state constitution to require the Public Service Commission of Florida to be elected by a vote of the people, rather than the legislature.
Why is this important?
Our PSC is currently just a pawn of our legislature, our governor, and the utility companies themselves. Big donations to our politicians, are making a mockery of the term PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION. Duke Power is bilking their customers for Nuclear Plants that will never be built.
