Let us increase the costs of both water and power to farms that are more than 100 acres. Family farms would benefit, but corporate farms would have to pay their share.

Grand Coulee damn produces irrigation water and power to benefit a few rich farmers in the Columbia Basin who should pay more for both to help the financial condition in this country.
