In order to actually pull the Republic back from the edge of the cliff, allow States to vote-in the 28th Constitutional Amendment that stipulates: All Federal elections will be publicly funded. No PACS. No donations, No contributions, No trips, No cup of coffee to any Federal political leader pre-election or post election. Period.
