Due to the hateful environment against gays and lesbians in Russia the American government needs to place pressure on the International Olympic Committee to pull all Olympic events from Russia or to boycott the Olympics and whithold all funds, grants, and loans to the International Olympic Committee until such time as they make a public statement that they will not allow any nation to be seen as harming a portion of their population, will not be allowed to participate in any Olympic events.
