Push for Recycling on Aircrafts

I am writing to urge your company to participate in the collection of recyclable items on your aircrafts. Your company leads major companies like; U.S. Airways, PSA and of course, American Airlines.

According to a recent study “the EPA estimates that 75% of the American waste stream is recyclable” and with such a large company, you can make a major difference by simply doing recycling collections.

SouthWest Airlines have their flight attendants bring a cart with one bag for trash and one bag for recycling on it. I hope to see this program launched soon and all of your companies and aircrafts participating.

Thank you for your time and all you do,

Why is this important?

Urge American Airlines and their partners to participate in the collection of recyclable items on their aircrafts. American Airlines leads major companies like; U.S. Airways, PSA and of course, American Airlines.

Please urge them to act now and make recycling collection occur on all of their aircrafts.
