Put the Teeth back in the Voting Rights Act
Force Congress to repair the damage done to the Voting Rights Act by the Supreme Court last year. The protections struck down by the Supreme Court are critical to carrying out the purposes of the Act, including making sure that every American citizen is allowed to exercise their sacred right to vote. Contact your Representative and emphasize your support of these amendments to the Act.
Why is this important?
The right to vote is sacred to every American citizen and must be protected to the fullest extent possible by an amended Voting Rights Act that repairs the damage to the Act done by the Supreme Court.
