Put Prayer Back Into Our Schools
Why is this important?
It is my sincere belief that the Schools in our Country have more
violence, shootings and killings since Prayer was taken out of
the schools. I am a Retired Educator from Jefferson County
Public Schools in Louisville, Kentucky. Severals students from
the School where I worked has been killed due to violence. Two
of these sudents were killed by Police Officers; one student was 15 years old. This student broke into someone's home, the Police arrived, chased the student and shot him in the back. The student was killed. Prayer is a faith act that may not be practiced in many students homes, therefore, if they heard Prayer practiced in their School hopefully this will sitimulate their behavior to be respectful to others and themselves.
