Quality of Government Term Limitations

Effective Jan 1 20XX, Justices of the Supreme Court shall serve and are limited to one 14 year term of office, further all US senators are limited to 2 consecutive terms of office, all offices are vacated after 12 years and further all US Congressman are limited to six consecutive terms of office and all offices are vacated after 12 years.

Why is this important?

Term limits US Senator, 2 consecutive terms, no more then 12 consecutive years.
Congressman 6 consecutive terms no more then 12 consecutive years in the House.
Supreme Court Justice, limited to one 14 year term.
