Requesting a membership meeting to discuss the proposed Bylaw change and make a recommendation to the RAR Board of Directors before any electronic vote can be taken. The Bylaw change is "Motion made ‘to change Article XII, Section 3 of the bylaws to increase the meeting by written request of the members'' requirement from 10% to 25% of members eligible to vote, subject to general membership approval.’”
