Why is this important?
The purpose of this petition is to expand the rainwater harvesting law for the purpose of reducing water use at schools and small businesses, thus reducing stormwater and weather runoff at schools and businesses, reducing school site water pollution, and establishing the basis for education in water conservation for our young people.
