Raise Georgia's minimum wage rate

It is time for our State Legislatures to pass a "realistic" livable wage here in the state of Georgia.

Why is this important?

“Our state's current minimum wage is $5.15, which is less than the federal minimum wage. That's not enough for anyone to live on. We deserve an economy that works for everyone, not just the wealthy and well-connected. Join with me in calling on our state legislature to pass legislation to raise the minimum wage to $12.” (or higher!)
