Raising Tricare So High: Forcing Retirees Out

We, the retired members of the U.S. Armed Forces, petition Congress, the President & the DoD to preserve the Tricare Prime system without the high cost of annual fees to retired forces and their families. We urge the President to make good on his campaign promise that Tricare would not change. We urge the President to answer the military members if the purpose of raising Tricare 700% in the next few years is a covert way to force members onto OBAMACARE. We urge Congress to maintain Pres. Lincoln's view that the military member who served his nation will be taken care of by his nation. Focus efforts on reducing TRICARE costs through detecting fraud, waste and abuse of the system, rather than penalizing the military member.
