Take a stand for Democracy and demand a full and open public hearing of all the issues with a vote of the people not the hand picked legislators of this administration.
Why is this important?
Jindal has strategically started this legislative session with issues that he knows will have low public participation from the target audience because of their jobs as teachers, state employees, other members of the schools or state retirement systems. These are all median to low wage earners.
He has stacked all the committees with his appointees and made sure that there is no deviation to his republican ideological plan.
There is no "for the people" in this man's mind yet he cloaks it in "for the children". How diabolical!
