Random Drug Test Elected Officials

For me, FL Rep Trey Radel is the last straw. I'm a citizen of the United States and I'm tired of seeing elected officials like Radel sit around making laws while under the influence. I propose we demand random drug and breathalyzer (split) testing on each and every elected official, from Animal Control to POTUS. Random drug test them all. It'll create jobs, too!
