The existing derivative guarantees of priacy in the Constitution have become meaningless in the modern technology era. We must therefore amend the constitution to guarantee the the individual citizen the right to privacy in our homes, in our automobiles, on our bodies, in our communications and in our personal records.
Why is this important?
In the face of the growth of Big Brother technologies and tactics, we need a Privacy Amendment to the Constitution.
