These Parks have been enjoyed by the public for the past 60 years. The county has destroyed these parks using the excuse of drug traffic and cost cutting, to justify their destruction. They belong to the public and should be voted upon.
Why is this important?
Burnet County, Texas has recently dismantled and destroyed all the county roadside parks. Some of the parks afforded the public some of the most beautiful views within the county. Most Texas have enjoyed them all their lives. The county has arbitrarally destroyed these parks WITHOUT ANY taxpayer referendum nor hearings.
