Legislators of the great State of Minnesota should be required to renounce their signatures on the no-taxes pledge signed with the Americans for Tax Reform and renew their oath of office or face recall. It is evident that they are honoring their pledge above their oath of office and are guilty of nonfeasance in their duties to the people of the State of Minnesota.
Why is this important?
Minnesota Legislators that have signed and continue to honor their no-taxes pledge initiated by Grover Norquist above their oath of office should be recalled for nonfeasance.
