We, the undersigned, members of the Bellaggio Residents Association, hereby demand that the Secretary of the Bellaggio Residents Association call a membership meeting for the purpose of recalling Len Goldberg as a Director of the Bellaggio Residents Association.

Why is this important?
Inappropriate actions and behavior towards members of the Association have made it clear that Mr. Goldberg does not represent the ideals of the community. The BOD passed a motion, 6-0-1, calling on Mr. Goldberg to resign in the best interests of the community. There has been no response to that motion, hence this petition to move the process forward. ONLY ONE SIGNATURE PER HOUSEHOLD
