Since cannabis fulfills NONE of the three requirements (ALL of which are necessary) for forbidden Schedule I status, the FDA must reclassify cannabis in a manner consistent with reality.
Why is this important?
President Nixon and the FDA misclassified cannabis as a Schedule I forbidden drug (same scheduling as heroin) in 1970. This has never been corrected and cannabis cannot become federally legal until it is re-scheduled by Congress or the US Attorney General.
