Since Cannabis (marijuana) fulfills NONE of the three requirements for forbidden Schedule I status (ALL of which are necessary to be so scheduled), the DEA must reclassify Cannabis in a manner consistent with reality.
Why is this important?
The DEA misclassified Cannabis (marijuana) as a Schedule I forbidden drug (same scheduling as heroin) in 1970. This has never been corrected and Cannabis cannot become federally legal until it is rescheduled by Congress or by the U S Attorney General.
