Because of Citizens United, the principle of one man one vote
has been diluted by corporate financing of elections. Legislators
should be forced to recuse themselves from votes where they
have a financial interest. This would dry up corporate funds
directly.
Why is this important?
Judges recuse themselves from cases where they have
conflicts of interest. Why don't legislators?
