Reduce Noise Pollution in the Flatbush Junction Area

Stop the noise by demanding that Dollar Vans and taxis not be allowed to honk to attract customers, for there to be enforcement of the No Honking signs that are already posted, and for there to be a study of the traffic patterns to see what changes could be made to help resolve some of the backed up traffic issues which add to the honking problem.

Why is this important?

There is far too much noise from unnecessary honking in the Flatbush-Junction area. Much of this noise can be attributed to Dollar vans and taxis honking to attract customers, as well as impatient drivers and poor traffic patterns.
