Reduce all Congressional salaries to no more than $50,000 per year. Eliminate Federal Pension - make them purchase their own 401K plan. Eliminate their health plan and make them buy their own insurance like the voters have to. This will save over $50,000,000 in salaries alone plus millions in pension and health care costs.
Why is this important?
Congress is being overpaid and doing nothing to help the voters. We need to only pay them what they are worth - $50,000 maximum per year.
