Reduce years in office for Congressmen and Senators

Congressmen and Senators should hold no greater than two 4 year terms in office.

Why is this important?

Congressmen and Senators are public servants. Their job is to focus on representing the interests, and improving the lives of the American people. Long terms in office can foster the development of exclusory relationships with lobbyists and big business which can result in biased decision making. Reducing the years held in office by Congressmen and Senators may decrease the likelihood of prejudicial outcomes.
