Referendum on federal jury legislation

Pertaining to Jury selection and jurist rights. That a short bill should be introduced into the senate that includes the following;
a) That no person shall serve on a jury more than twice in 1 year.
b) That all jury members shall be read their full rights pertaining to the court jurisdiction they are working under. That these rights include in many cases the right to decide if a law is in itself just, and that they have in many higher courts the same rights as the judge, including the ability to throw a case out based on the legislation itself.

Why is this important?

Pertaining to Jury selection and jurist rights. That a short bill should be introduced into the senate that includes the following;
a) That no person shall serve on a jury more than twice in 1 year.
b) That all jury members shall be read their full rights pertaining to the court ju.risdiction they are working under. This would include rights of power of decission, such as to allow members to know their individual powers as jurist under the particular local, state ofr federal laws.

Yes I have, serving on a jury I found there are a number of people whom sit around purposfully making sure they are always on a jury, with no jobs, and not much else to do. The people I met had a screw loose, and should not be doing something like acting as a jury member out of some fetish or other resoning which is not sane. I also found, that in many juried cases, the people have the same power of the judge, to actually interpet the laws, not have the laws interpeted for them. As such, they should be informed they have this right, including the fact that they can themselves as a group deem a particular law unconstitutional, and refer it to be thrown out on such basis
