Reform income tax law and simplify rules

Personal inome tax should be imposed fairly, not on percentage of income, but should increase logarithmically as a function of personal total income.
State and sales tax should be eliminated or greatly reduced, various loop-holes for evading tax payment should be eliminated, thus making the tax laws more efficient and fair to everyone.

Why is this important?

To reform income tax fairly and simplify rules.
