Petition a Constitutional Convention for reforming both branches and bring them into the 21st century. Congress hasn't worked for years and asking congress to put forth constitutional amendments to reform itself won't work. We the american people must petition the government to affect the changes needed. They must be made to answer to us, not who has the most money!
Why is this important?
Primarily Ineffective Legislative and Executive branch. Gridlock does not do the business of the american people.
