Reform the Filibuster
Senators who use the Filibusters will:
1. Stand on the floor of the Senate and tell the people of the United States what it is they are filibustering against.
2. A filibuster will be limited to 24 hours
3. At the conclusion of the 24 hour time frame, the Senate will vote on whether or not the Filibuster will stand, 51 votes to end.
4. If the filibuster is voted down, an immediate vote on the issue or bill will be taken by the Senate, 51 votes to pass
5. If the filibuster receive 51 votes, then the matter is sent back to committee for additional action.

Why is this important?
Filibusters should be few in number and short in duration.
