That the election of the President of the United States should be more based on the total popular vote of the Country.
Why is this important?
Abolishing the winner take all of the Electoral College. Base the election on a percentage of the voters for each candidate. I think we are all affected by who is President of the United States. For a Candidate to win the popular vote, but to lose the election does not seem right.
