PAHB 1950 must be retracted
It strips local townships nd communities of their inalienable right to protect its self the people who live there and the water that sustains life.this goes against the foundation of the declaration of independence and violates our natural liberties.

Why is this important?
Fracking is unregulated and destroying or health and environment . Government is giving drilling companies a free pass. They are exempt from clean water act and are now can't be regulated by local communities it impacts. This must stop.
