I propose that the State regulate motorized wheel chairs, only be allowed to be driven on the sidewalk, and not on roadways.
Why is this important?
As a driver of a motor vehicle, I have observed several motorized wheel chairs driving in the break down lane and some times in the road. I feel this presents a hazard, to motorist.
