Regulators: Don't approve AT&T's DirecTV buy-out!
AT&T has announced plans to buy satellite TV provider DirecTV — and if the $50 billion merger goes through, AT&T will join Comcast as our tech future becomes one of less competition and even more monopolies.
In the fight for innovation and free markets over our-way-or-the-highway corporate strangleholds, this At&T buy-out is that last thing we need.

Why is this important?
Like Comcast before it took over Time Warner, AT&T has the power and resources to offer new and better services to their customers without purchasing another company. The telecommunications industry needs more competition, not more mergers.
