Can you imagine your bill for 19 years never been more than $60.00 for water and sewage, but starting in September of 2011 the bills escalated from $60.00/$141.00/$747.80. I would have repairs made, the bill would go down slightly, then escalate again. Sewage cost escalated more than 12%. Stop them from nearly bankrupting retired people.
Why is this important?
Stop the Injustice of these extreme water bills. I am retired. There is no way for customers to know if these bills are accurate. How can the same one person in a home bill change so drastically. Water and Sewage.
