Jamie Brown has been blocked from application to any State of Alabama job opening by Alice Ann Byrne Deputy Director of the Alabama Personnel Department.
Jamie was banned by Alice Byrne with no proof, no due process, no chance to prove his innocence against false allegations, and because he stood up for his basic rights as an American citizen.
Why is this important?
Every American citizen and citizen of the state of Alabama are granted certain rights according to the United States and Alabama Constitutions and laws. Mr. Brown was never given a fair opportunity to defend his rights or face his accuser and the allegations charged against him.
