Release of Classified Evidence and Full Review of the Sami Osmakac Trial

To petition the state and federal government to release classified evidence related to the Sami Osmakac trial and thoroughly review questionable proceedings that took place at the trial.

The classified evidence, which was not presented at the trial, will show that Sami Osmakac is not a terrorist, but a mentally ill young man who was a victim of FBI's terrorism entrapment efforts in the Tampa Bay Area.

We believe that every person deserves a fair trial and should not be convicted based on partial and skewed evidence. Please sign this petition to give Sami Osmakac a chance at a fair retrial and justice.

Why is this important?

Sami Osmakac was found guilty of terrorism-related charges in June 2014 and faces the possibility of life in prison. Sami's sentence date is November 5th, 2014.

His family, friends and supporters are desperately seeking the public's support to petition the state and federal government to release classified evidence that shows that Sami is extremely mentally ill and another victim of the FBI's terrorism entrapment efforts. Sami is currently in solitary confinement and is in poor health.
