The public, including the taxpayers of Black Hawk County Iowa are asking that the Vangaurd data system, which is already in use with the County Assessor's Office be available on the Black Hawk County Iowa website. Vanguard would be an option keeping the existing web interface in operation.

Why is this important?

45 counties in the state of Iowa use Vangaurd as their public web search tool. The Black Hawk county assessor uses this program behind the scenes. The search capabilities are superior to that of the interface currently available in this county. The citizens pay for this system, please make it available as the 45 other counties do for their taxpayers.
