We the people - not just the press - demand that you, President-elect Donald Trump, release your tax returns for public review.
Why is this important?
This petition is a direct response to the allegations of President-elect Trump at the press conference of January 11, 2017, that the public is no longer interested in his tax returns. There is no legal reason why he cannot release his tax returns at this time. And there is substantial evidence of the potential for grave conflicts of interest. His continued connection to his business interests is of great concern for the safety and best interests of our country.
