We the undersigned residents of Oklahoma petition the Oklahoma Legislature to enact legislation to remove any and all sales taxes on grocery or food items.
Why is this important?
Oklahoma is one of a handful of states who tax food and grocery items. This taxation of essential life sustaining items like food is counter productive to the welfare of citizens and the economy of small business.
