If individuals feel the need to fly the Confederate flag on their private property, that is a personal statement. However, our Government represents all of their citizens and we do not all wish it to be flown on tax-supported Government properties in Marion County, Florida.
Why is this important?
The U.S. flag is there to represent us all; however, the Confederate flag only divides us.
