We would like to petition the City of Pleasanton as well as Animal Control to take action against Ms. Ricks and her dogs, to have them removed from our city permanently. They have been known to roam loose. No matter where these dogs end up, that area will not be a safe place. We'd like to have something done before the next attack is upon one of our helpless elderly, disabled, children or innocent adult which may end up in death. Also, that we be informed as to where these dogs are taken or what their outcome is.
Why is this important?
On Friday, June 25th, 2016, two neighbor dogs were running loose and threatened family members at 402 W Hunt St. They viciously attacked my son with intent to kill. It is important to my family and others in this community that action be taken against owner Alison Ricks, that these dogs be permanently removed from our City, and that we be informed as to where these dogs are taken to what their outcome is.
