Lets remove the automatic toll system from Florida. It's causing our residents lots of money for the roads our tax money has already paid for. It also caused lots of jobs to be taken away. As residents of Florida we were deceived because we had the option of paying cash instead of being forced to use toll by tag and automatic billing of our checking accounts. Sunpass can also be used as a tracking device. Please help by signing this petition to get rid of Sunpass in Florida.
Why is this important?
Florida Sunpass system is a very unfair toll system. The bill your tag and if you don't get the notice in time you receive a uniform traffic citation and your drivers license get suspended. Also the traffic citation is considered a moving violation. This is also very unfair because a lot of citizens lost their jobs as toll collectors.
