To: Jeff Sessions, Current Attorney General, The United States House of Representatives, The United States Senate, and President Donald Trump
Remove Jeff Sessions as Attorney General Immediately
We here the undersigned assert the American public deserves an Attorney General who can remember whether or not he or anyone of which he is aware, did or did not interact with individuals who may have tampered with a Presidential election in the United States.
The current Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ inability to recall, remember or know facts regarding his own actions or interactions in which he had personally engaged, which may or may not be related to treasonous acts or collusion with Russia in American elections should be of grave concern to every citizen.
In addition, he is unable to point to any rules which would authorize him to refuse to answer questions from the Senate Intelligence Committee regarding conversations with the current President, despite his own lack of Executive Privilege. On several occasions, he claimed to not know, remember or recall and contradicted himself repeatedly upon further examination raising literal concerns about his mental capacity to serve our country.
The facts that he was already proven to have lied under oath in his prior testimony to the Senate Intelligence Committee, and that many of his policies violate the constitutional rights of Americans should occlude him from serving as the top attorney in the government as well.
The current President must remove Jeff Sessions as Attorney General, or Jeff Sessions must resign, or Congress must impeach and remove him immediately due to severe incompetence and questionable mental capacity to serve out his duties. Sessions is unable to recall critical details of his position, and appears to be experiencing severe memory loss.
We demand that Jeff Sessions be removed or resign, and urge a medical assessment and thorough mental health examination regarding his severe memory loss problems and confusion publicly demonstrated June 13, 2017 in the Senate Intelligence Committee hearings.
Sincerely,
The People of America

Why is this important?
I started this because I watched the Senate Intelligence Committee hearing live, and thousands watching with me were absolutely horrified at the incompetence and lacking mental capacity of the Attorney General. I believe the American public deserves a competent lawyer making critical decisions, an Attorney General who knows what he is talking about and is able to recall his actions in regard to the safety of our democracy.
