Remove Judge Thomas Kelly Kane and Brian Caplan from their jobs!!!
Judge Thomas Kelly Kane has crossed the judicial ethics line!!!!
In my trial, for example, a potential Jury member came forward and informed judge Thomas Kelly Kane that there was a " feeling of guilt among the jury members." This being said, the judge was then obligated to fully dismiss the entire jury and bring in another jury that was going to be "fair and impartial" which this jury was not! It is my contention that the judge was possibly colluding with the Prosecutor one Brian Caplan to convict me of crimes that i actually didn't do and didn't fit what I had done! My case files show that Brian Caplan amended some new charges during trial and he wouldn't elaborate at the time as to what those charges were going to be! this case amounts to multiple charges on both accounts of fraud, falsely charging someone, and stacking charges against someone to the maximum degree all because they "hate me" If I am not mistaken, all of this is corruption of justice, corruption, jury tampering, and proceeding with and using an unfair and impartial jury to convict. ALL things that should have immediately dismissed all charges!!!! the fact that the charges and the case continued without oversight or review, speaks to the widely corrupt version of "justice' or better yet, "INJUSTICE" that was served upon me! the testimony of the witnesses isn't credible! The witnesses, lied under oath! the fact that the signs placed on the back of the apartment building I live in, and the fact that the management team at REMAX had seen those signs up and did nothing to remove them after they saw them, speaks volumes!!!! I was NEVER allowed to call any of the residents of said apartment complex and put them on the stand and for the prosecution to hear that testimony! the ONLY winesses that were allowed to take the stand were those that were going to ensure a conviction!!!!
I never actually had possession of any of the vehicles that were towed, I had prior permission given to me over the phone by the management team at the time, a recorded phone call that i still have in my cloud, of this conversation, dated pictures of the signs being up and pictures of the management staff on premises, and non of that was ever allowed to be entered into evidence!!!!
One of the jury members gave me direct eye contact and smiled at me with a teasing and mocking smile! She was a "Hold-out" and she was acting cocky and in a mocking fashion! She only held out to mock me and get my hopes up! That led me to believe that the unfair and Tainted jury was going to convict me! The very fact that the black lady came forward about the jury not being fair and impartial should be enough to dismiss all charges.....with prejudice!!!
Now my concern here is that if MY case went like this, then there are certainly others that have been conducted with improper procedures. If they did this to me, then it is certain that they did this to others!!!! THIS is a firing offense! A Career-ender for these two! I want to be there when they get escorted out of the courthouse by security!!!! i also want $20,000 from each of them... for me having to go through what their brand of injustice has done to me!!!! I will be following up on this petition with two formal lawsuits!!! i will also be following up with the ACLU and the Bar Association as to the facts of my case!!!! If there is a chance to cover this up, it would be now...I want a rush to review this case 14CR1456 case Number: 14-9155
the audio from the jury Selection process seals the fate of my case being dismissed!!!! If it is NOT....then i will KNOW that the corruption follows right up into the judicial review board and the Bar Association and that if these two are NOT fired, then I will also know that there IS no real Justice any more....and that they get a pass while I suffer the consequences of a corruption ring that goes so far and so deeply that there is NO point to even having a court at all!!!! It is no longer about Justice, but all about taking money from people and criminalizing them and punishing them for being too poor to support their "business"!!!!
Cynthia Coffman, I invite you to look into the facts of my case and within the case, you can listen to the audio taken by the court of the one black woman who came forward to inform Judge Thomas Kelly Kane that there was a feeling of guilt among the jury members and the audio of Thomas Kelly Kane dismissing the information and proceeding without dismissing the jury that came in with a preconception of guilt!!!! To me, that is improper!!!! He SHOULD have dismissed the jury! But since he didn't, that leads me to believe that he had prior knowledge of the jury tampering that may have occurred at the hands of Brian Caplan possibly outside of the courthouse at an unknown location!!! It is my belief that the same jury members have also been used in other cases that Brian Caplan has worked on! Let the Jury lists speak for themselves! My case is being appealed as we speak a...

Why is this important?
In my case; Case number 14-9155 docket number: 14CR1456 an unfair and tainted Jury was allowed to convict me of charges that didn't match what i actually am accused of. When the jury came into the room before EVER hearing the facts of the case, the jury had already thought i was guilty! that presents a judicial issue in that the Judge was mandated to dismiss the jury once someone came forward and informed him t hat the jury felt i was guilty! the judge did NOT! That is improper and leads me to think that this and other judges who may have done the same thing in other cases, are corrupt and in collusion with the Prosecutors and are willing to ignore procedures in order to convict so that they can gain finances from that individual! I am standing up for Justice and standing tall against INJUSTICE!!!! i am truthfully unafraid to stand against these two corrupt practitioners of injustice!!!! If my case is NOT immediately dismissed with Prejudice, Then I know that they aren't the ONLY ones allowing corruption of justice to run rampant!!!
I WILL be immediately compensated financially for the inconveniences presented me in this carriage of injustice as well! $20,000 from each Thomas Kelly Kane and Brian Caplan. I am presenting the two of them with additional $7,500 each in small claims lawsuits to help shed light onto what they have done to me by NOT dismissing the tainted jury and for possibly tampering with that same Jury to get an unlawful conviction! Help me get my case thrown out of court, the Judge reprimanded and or fired, The Prosecutor reprimanded and or disbarred, the charges dropped by signing my petition.
