Remove Moracco

The City of Ithaca was sued in civil court because Officer Stephen Moracco violated the civil rights of a lesbian woman by arresting and battering her while she was handcuffed. He allegedly used hate speech and asked the woman, "How do you like that, you fat dyke?" He now works for the Tompkins County Sheriff's Department and has another complaint of police abuse on his record since transferring from the the Ithaca Police Department. We the undersigned would like Officer Stephen Moracco removed from service immediately
