Remove the May 31st requirement for Making home affordable

Millions of Americans are being left out of the HARP program because of the May 31 2009 finance/refinance cut off. Lets get it revised to a date that is more recent, so more people qualify and can take advantage of the still low rates.

Why is this important?

Almost all aspects of the making home affordable act requires that the loan or previous refinance not taken place after May 31, 2009. This means that almost nobody who refinanced after that date can participate in the program.
