I feel that voting rights are being challenged in ways unacceptable in a democracy. Please cosponsor and fight to improve the Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2014.
Why is this important?
Last year's Supreme Court decision weakened essential parts of the Voting Rights Act. I think we can agree that a citizen's right to vote cannot be infringed, by practice or by an activist Court. Rep. Benishek can and should support the effort to strengthen the Voting Rights Act.
