Rep. Sinema: End the Government Shutdown
Republicans need to stop their grandstanding on Obamacare and pass a clean resolution that protects our families and our jobs, including Iowa's 40,000 federal employees. We urge you to stand up for Arizona and not give in to anyone willing to throw our citizens under the bus.
Why is this important?
This is a matter of grave concern. House Republicans are willing to risk delaying new Social Security benefits and student loans, military pay and other government services – all in the name of re-fighting a battle they lost three years ago. Rep. Sinema should not appease right-wing extremists.
